Life Adventure Center, or LAC, is the newest addition to the Bluegrass Region's bike parks. Comparable to Skullbuster in Georgetown this area has much potential. The trails are somewhat more technical and it's a rocky and rooty place where your speed will find no purchase.
Initially the trail descends into a drainage and then parallels the dry creekbed for some distance passing beside one of the Bluegrasses historic stone fences. The trail system is currently a lariat format.
Take KY 62 west five miles from downtown Versailles or east almost five miles from downtown Lawrenceburg and turn north onto Milner Road. Look for the trailhead parking in a 90 degree turn.
